Due to the lack of significant differences in the product models and dimensions of the castings in this part of the casting enterprises, based on the calculation of casting dimensions and reasonable pouring conditions, the automated casting factory molding machine we provide is mainly based on the conventional 550mm X 650mm sand box horizontal parting molding machine. After successful practice by two casting enterprises, it was determined that it is ideal and meets the requirements of casting production. In daily casting production, the castings in the sand mold are taken out by workers in the morning during the day, and the old sand in the sand mold is stacked and watered for cooling by a forklift. At the same time, the molding equipment is started to start the new sand mold molding and placement. At night, the workers responsible for pouring are responsible for pouring the metal iron into the sand mold, which circulates the casting production of motor end cover castings. Approximately 16T of motor end cover castings can be produced every day;
The sand mold adopts a placement method. After the sand mold is poured and cooled, workers will use the workshop crane to take out the bottom plate of the sand mold, collect and stack the sand mold bottom, and use a shovel to pour the broken sand mold old sand together with the castings into the vibrating sand machine. After separating the old sand and castings, the old sand will be stored in the sand warehouse;
The motor end cover castings produced by automated casting machines and the motor end cover accessories of the lifting equipment after processing can be better controlled in weight compared to castings produced by manual casting. The weight error of the castings is small, and the yield rate has also increased to about 96%; Therefore, in the cost calculation of casting, using automated casting molding machines to produce castings has a more competitive advantage;
