In 2019, it purchased a horizontal parting automatic shaping machine with a size of 510mm x 610mm sand box again. Two shaping machines were used for the automated casting and shaping production of pump casing castings and pump accessories. The user made and matched a simple wet mold sand treatment equipment to provide molding sand for the shaping machine, which was produced by placing sand molds in the casting workshop;
The casting workshop of this casting enterprise covers an area of about 3500 square meters. Two automated molding machines complete about 900 sand molds in 8 hours a day and are manually placed neatly in the casting workshop. At night, pouring workers melt metal iron and pour all sand molds uniformly. The daily output of castings is about 16T-18T. The sand molds poured at night will be placed and cooled until the next morning, when the workers responsible for molding select the castings. The sand molds after casting are selected and then stacked and watered down by forklifts, and the old sand is mixed again according to the sand requirements of the molding machine;
