The enterprise purchased our top and bottom shot sand models of automated casting molding machines, mainly used for automatic casting molding of ship valves, replacing traditional manual molding to increase production. In response to national environmental policies, the equipment was completed in September and delivered to the user's factory for use;
We have designed and renovated the user's original casting workshop. The original molding workshop had insufficient area and was not in line with the construction of automated sand treatment equipment. After discussion, we have built an external moisture sand automation processing system in the molding workshop, and added waterproof facilities after construction. The moisture sand automation processing system has an hourly processing capacity and sand mixing capacity of 20T, equipped with an SX6171 (610mm X 710mm) automatic casting molding machine. The molding host and vibration sand dropping equipment are placed in the original molding workshop, and the molding sand and recycled hot old sand are connected to the external automated moisture sand processing system through belt conveyor;
The casting enterprise mainly produces valve castings made of ductile iron, most of which are vertical lift check valves, swing check valves, filter valves, etc; The above is the effect of placing the coated sand core before the sand mold is closed;
The company also produces molding sand molds during the day, and workers pour them in batches at night. Each sand mold with a size of 610mm x 710mm needs to be poured with approximately 60KG-70KG of molten metal. Due to the high temperature of ductile iron material and the large pouring volume of each sand mold, heavy iron molds need to be placed and the outer frame of the sand mold needs to be covered during the pouring process; The production volume of its castings is not high, only producing about 12 tons of castings per day, and the castings are mainly exported to South Korea;
Using automated casting and shaping equipment to produce rough ductile iron valve castings, after polishing and spraying external paint, the valve body is subjected to pressure testing;
